Focused troubleshooting

Check the most likely cause before changing your setup

Work through the relevant checklist in order. Record the exact error and time it occurred; those details make later support much faster.

Content generation

No article or image is generated

  • Confirm that an OpenAI API key is saved in Platform Settings
  • Check the OpenAI account billing and usage status
  • Run the available SitePublisher AI health checks
  • Copy the exact error message without exposing the API key
Website connection

A destination website will not connect

  • Confirm that the destination uses HTTPS and its REST API is available
  • Check the WordPress username and Application Password
  • Verify that the selected user can create and publish posts
  • Check whether a firewall or security plugin blocks REST requests
Scheduled publication

A scheduled article is delayed

  • Compare the WordPress timezone with the intended publication time
  • Check Site Health for a late scheduled event or loopback problem
  • Make sure WP-Cron or a server cron is running reliably
  • In Pro, run Check & recover schedules to verify the queue

Support FAQ

Before you send a request

These answers set clear expectations and help keep your website and accounts protected.

Where should I start if I am new to SitePublisher AI?

Begin with How It Works. It explains the required WordPress and OpenAI setup and follows the workflow through to review and publication.

Should I send my OpenAI key or WordPress password?

No. Never include an API key, password, Application Password or hosting credential in a form, screenshot or message. A normal diagnostic request does not require these secrets.

Can support change my hosting or security configuration?

We can help identify how SitePublisher AI interacts with WordPress, but hosting, firewall and third-party plugin configuration remains under the control of you or the relevant provider.

What should I do if my entire website is unavailable?

Contact your hosting provider first. A complete website outage usually needs server-level access that SitePublisher AI support does not have.

When will direct Pro support become available?

The final support route and terms will be published before Pro subscriptions open. Until then, no response-time commitment is being advertised.
