SitePublisher AI Pro · Private WordPress records · Client-ready PDF reports

One organized workspace

Keep every client, gig and published result connected

Replace scattered notes with a simple operational record inside WordPress. SitePublisher AI keeps the client, assignment details and confirmed publication results together, ready for review whenever you need them.

CLIENT

Practical client records

Store the client name and, when useful, an email address. Email is optional for work received through external marketplaces or partner platforms.

GIG

Separate every assignment

Create a dated gig for an existing client, add a description and define the expected number of backlink products from one to forty.

SAFE

Preview before saving

New and edited client or gig details receive a read-only preview first, helping you catch the wrong client, date or product count before it becomes part of the database.

RESULT

Capture the final proof

When you explicitly choose a results gig and publish successfully, the final article title and public URL are added to that assignment.

VIEW

See progress at a glance

Client, gig and result totals show the size of the workspace. Open a gig to review its titles and URLs or edit its assignment details.

SCALE

Useful across destination sites

Collect publication results from the websites you manage while keeping the work connected to the correct client and gig.

Explore Multi-Site Management

A traceable reporting workflow

Move from assignment to verified publication in five clear steps.

Organize the commercial assignment before content goes live. The reporting record then grows from actual WordPress publication results instead of manual copy-and-paste work.

01

Create the client

Add the client name and optional email address. SitePublisher AI assigns the internal Client ID after the preview is approved and saved.

02

Define the gig

Choose the client, date, number of products and an optional description. Each saved gig receives its own identifier and starts with an empty results list.

03

Prepare the content

Create an article through the Single Article or Bulk Automation workflow and review it when the text and image are ready.

04

Select the results gig

In the Article Workflow, choose the gig that should receive the result. The selector shows the client, date and current result count against the agreed number of products.

05

Publish and report

Use Publish now. After WordPress confirms the public result, review the collected titles and URLs and create the PDF when it is time to report.

PROOF
Only a completed publication becomes a result.

Drafts, failed requests and articles published without a selected gig do not enter the client report. The result represents a confirmed public URL.

Branded publication reports

Deliver a clear report that looks like it came from your business

Create a compact, client-ready PDF directly from the recorded results. The report can span multiple pages and uses the company profile configured in SitePublisher AI.

The assignment

Show the agreed work clearly

The report identifies the client and gig before listing the published results.

  • Client name and gig number
  • Number of backlink products
  • Optional assignment description
Your presentation

Apply your own company identity

Use the branding fields in Platform Settings to create a consistent presentation.

  • Company name and optional logo
  • Optional address and company description
  • Custom brand color and company footer

Private by design

Client reporting stays deliberate, local and reviewable.

The feature records the information needed to organize assignments and prove publication. It does not expose private client data, copy article content into the report or send anything automatically.

Storage

Private WordPress records

  • Clients and gigs are not public website pages
  • Publication results store title and public URL
  • Credentials and article bodies stay outside the PDF
Counting

Confirmed results only

  • A results gig must be selected explicitly
  • Only a successful Publish now action counts
  • The same remote post or URL is updated, not duplicated
Control

You decide what leaves WordPress

  • PDF files are generated on demand
  • Reports are not emailed automatically
  • Linked gigs must be removed before their client

Useful publication evidence

Know what was promised, what is complete and where it was published

Each result stays connected to its commercial context. That makes progress easier to follow during production and creates a dependable handover when the assignment is complete.

COUNT

Compare results with the target

The Article Workflow shows the current number of recorded results beside the gig’s product count before you publish another article.

URL

Give clients verifiable links

Every reported article includes its published title and complete public URL, so the finished work can be opened and checked directly.

DR

Include the current website rating

When an Ahrefs Domain Rating is configured in the Website Profile, the report can display it beside the relevant publication result.

Frequently asked questions

Client and gig management, clearly explained

Keep the workflow simple: organize the assignment, select it deliberately at publication and generate the report when the results are ready.

Is Client and Gig Management included in Free?

No. Client records, gigs, automatic publication-result collection and branded PDF reports are available in SitePublisher AI Pro.

Is a client email address required?

No. The client name is required, but the email address is optional. This is useful when an assignment comes through an external platform that manages communication separately.

What exactly counts as a publication result?

Only an article successfully published with Publish now after you explicitly select a results gig. Drafts and unsuccessful publication attempts are not counted.

Does SitePublisher AI send the PDF to the client?

No. You create and download the report on demand, then review and share it through your preferred communication channel.

Can I edit or delete clients and gigs?

Yes. Changes use a preview-first workflow. A client with linked gigs cannot be deleted until those gigs have been removed, which helps prevent orphaned assignments.

Does the report include private article content or login details?

No. The report contains assignment details and publication evidence such as titles, public URLs and an optional website rating. It does not include article bodies, API keys or WordPress credentials.
