Install and activate SitePublisher AI
Add the plugin to WordPress and activate it. SitePublisher AI then appears as a dedicated publishing workspace in your WordPress dashboard.

Add your OpenAI API key
Open Platform Settings, enter your API key and check the connection. SitePublisher AI uses this key for content and image generation when requested.

Build your Website Profile

Prepare the article brief
Choose the topic, category, keywords, language and image option. Create one focused article in Free or prepare multiple titles and destinations with Pro Bulk Automation.
Review or automate
Check the content and publishing queue
Review a Single Article before publication and inspect its image and SEO metadata. Pro can process multiple approved batches automatically while showing the website and status for every job.
Publish
Send the article to WordPress
Save the article as a draft or publish it directly on the current website. Pro adds scheduled publication, multiple destinations, reliability monitoring and reporting.

SitePublisher AI is designed to fit into WordPress without taking control away from you.
Do I need an OpenAI account?
Yes. You connect your own OpenAI API key. SitePublisher AI does not include OpenAI usage; API charges are billed separately through your OpenAI account.
Can I edit an article after it is generated?
Yes. You can review and edit content before publication, and every published article remains a normal WordPress post that you can edit afterwards.
Can the Free edition publish directly?
Yes. Free can create and publish content on the WordPress website where SitePublisher AI is installed. Pro is needed for remote websites and advanced automation.
What happens if a scheduled post is delayed?
Pro includes publication reliability monitoring that checks scheduled posts and can recover a delayed WordPress publication while respecting manual status or date changes.
