The working model
Keep every link attached to the correct website
The Link & Keyword Database is a central index for production use. It helps you reuse relevant published pages without mixing URLs between clients, brands or destination websites.
Register accepted publications
After WordPress accepts a direct or scheduled publication, SitePublisher AI records its website, article title, complete URL and SEO phrases. Draft-only articles do not enter the database automatically.
Keep up to three phrases
Keyword A, B and C are independent anchor-text choices for the same URL. The plugin prioritizes supplied SEO keywords and can complete empty positions from the title and suitable article headings without a separate AI request.
Enforce the destination boundary
Automation searches only the selected website’s records. A saved choice is rejected if it no longer belongs to that website, preventing a URL from one managed site from silently entering content for another.
Link & Keyword Manager
Review every URL before a manual change is saved
Open SitePublisher AI → Link & Keywords. Automatic registrations appear in the same database as manually added records, while preview-first controls protect every manual create or update.
Add a record
Select the exact local or connected website to which the published URL belongs.
Add a recognizable Article title and the Complete URL, including https://.
Enter up to three natural anchor phrases in Keyword A, B and C. Empty positions are allowed.
Choose Preview changes, verify the exact no-write preview and only then select Save record.
Maintain existing records
Search by title, URL or keyword. Narrow the table by website, keyword column and page size.
Use the overview counters for URLs, Keyword A, B, C and represented websites.
Open Edit, change the record and build a fresh preview. Any later change invalidates the previous approval.
Confirm Delete when a choice should disappear from future searches. The published article itself is not removed or edited.
Approval-bound historical import
Build the index from existing results without changing source data
The historical scanner can find earlier successful publications when their queue record or client-gig result still exists. It prepares a read-only preview before any database entry is created.
Review detected publications
The table shows create operations, website, title, URL and the available keywords. Already registered publications are counted but not offered as new writes.
Check gaps before importing
Review missing keyword positions and every URL. Tick the approval box only when the complete preview belongs in the new Link & Keyword Database.
Import the exact preview
Select Import historical publications. SitePublisher AI revalidates the preview fingerprint and writes only the approved create operations.
Bulk Automation
Select zero to three approved links for a batch
Internal links are optional. Choose them while preparing the batch so the website, anchor phrases and destination URLs become part of the same approved automation plan.
Choose the source records
Start a new plan and choose the destination Website and WordPress category first.
Under Internal linking, choose No internal links or a value from one to three.
Type an anchor phrase, article title or part of a URL in Search keyword & internal link A, B or C.
Bind the choices to the plan
Choose the keyword, article title and URL combination you want. Each selected keyword must be different.
Add the titles and other content settings, then build the Bulk Automation preview.
Check the website, article count and internal-link choices before adding the fingerprinted jobs to the queue.
One selection per batch
Every selected phrase is intended for every article in that batch.
Choose destinations relevant to all planned titles. When different topic groups need different links, split them into separate batches with their own preview.
Publication safeguards
Place each approved phrase once—without damaging article structure
SitePublisher AI encourages the selected phrases during generation and validates the final content again at publication time. The link is added only when a safe, matching text occurrence is available.
Use ordinary article text
The first eligible whole-phrase occurrence is linked. Headings, existing links, code, preformatted content, scripts and styles are skipped. Longer overlapping phrases are processed first.
Apply one link per phrase
Each approved keyword is linked at most once in an article. If that same phrase already links to the approved URL, SitePublisher AI accepts it instead of adding a duplicate.
Fail safely on a conflict
Publication stops when a selected phrase is absent or already points to a different URL. This prevents silent partial linking and gives you a clear correction before trying again.
- Website checked: each database selection must still belong to the destination website.
- Record checked: stale or deleted search results must be selected again before approval.
- Keyword checked: a batch cannot use the same anchor phrase twice.
- URL checked: every destination must be a complete HTTP or HTTPS URL without embedded credentials.
Maintenance & problem solving
Understand the two-month working index
The database is a current production aid, not a permanent archive. Local index records older than two calendar months are removed in bounded daily background batches.
Check the website first
Confirm the correct destination is selected, clear the search phrase and inspect the Link & Keyword Manager. Add the missing published URL manually if needed.
Make the wording natural
Edit the article so the exact selected phrase occurs in ordinary body text, or return to the plan and choose a keyword that fits the topic more naturally.
Resolve the existing link
If the phrase already links elsewhere, review the article. Keep the intentional link and choose another anchor phrase, or correct the conflicting URL before publication.

Is Internal Link Management available in Free?
No. The Link & Keyword Database, historical import and Bulk Automation internal-link selection are Pro features. Free can still create and publish a Single Article on the current website.
When is a publication added automatically?
A record is created after WordPress accepts a direct or scheduled publication. A draft-only action is not registered as a published internal-link destination.
What is the difference between Keyword A, B and C?
They are three separate selectable anchor phrases for one URL. Use specific, natural alternatives that could realistically appear in a future article; empty positions are allowed.
Can SitePublisher AI discover every old post on a connected website?
No. Historical import reads retained SitePublisher AI queue and client-gig results and never crawls the destination. Add another older URL manually when it is not present in that history.
Does editing a record update the published article?
No. Editing or deleting an index record changes future search choices only. Content and links already saved on the destination website remain unchanged.
What happens when a keyword is missing from the article?
SitePublisher AI stops the publication attempt and identifies the missing phrase. Add it naturally to ordinary body text or choose a different database keyword, then preview again.
Can one selected keyword be linked several times in an article?
No. The approved phrase is linked once. This keeps the result controlled and avoids repeating the same destination link throughout the article.
Why did an older record disappear?
Index records older than two calendar months are removed automatically. This cleanup affects only the private database record, never the published destination article.
