The plan preview performs no generation or publication. Once you approve that exact preview, its jobs enter private WordPress storage and the first due article starts without an extra run button.

Add the approved plan
Approval is bound to the current preview. If the plan changes, SitePublisher AI requires a fresh preview before it can enter the queue.

Create and approve another plan for a different destination while earlier articles remain visible and continue through the same queue.
Process text, image and publication
Due jobs generate in priority order. WordPress-schedule plans are sent directly to the destination as future posts; interval plans retain the manual review workflow.
Follow the final state
Review publication timing, attempts, warnings and errors in the queue, then verify completed results on the selected destination websites.
Run one job manually remains available as a recovery control. Under normal conditions, an approved due plan starts and continues automatically.

SitePublisher AI exposes an action only when it matches the current job state. Confirmation messages explain the consequence before a stop, cancellation, retry, deletion or image-related exception is applied.
Stop and resume deliberately

Built-in recovery paths
Keep temporary failures from becoming invisible failures
The queue stores attempts, errors and publication state instead of discarding an article when something goes wrong. Bounded retries and dedicated schedule checks make the next safe action visible.
Bounded generation attempts
Choose between one and five maximum attempts. Retryable failures are rescheduled; exhausted jobs retain their error for review.
Interrupted-worker recovery
Jobs left in Processing after an interrupted background worker can be detected and safely rescheduled or marked failed when no attempts remain.
Scheduled publication recovery
Check overdue future posts and see whether they published normally, were recovered, were changed manually or still need attention.

The queue combines automatic processing with visible status and narrowly scoped recovery actions, so scale does not have to mean uncertainty.
Is the full Publishing Queue included in Free?
No. The multi-job Bulk Automation priority queue, concurrent website plans and scheduled publication controls are Pro features. Free retains the focused Single Article workflow for the current website.
Can I add another batch while articles are processing?
Yes. You can preview and approve another website plan while earlier jobs continue in the background. All jobs remain visible in the same Priority Queue.
How does SitePublisher AI choose the next job?
Among due and permitted jobs, it processes the highest priority first. Equal-priority jobs are ordered by scheduled time and then creation time.
What happens when I stop the process?
No new Automation job starts. A request already generating may finish, but SitePublisher AI does not publish that in-flight article while the process remains stopped.
Does deleting a queue item remove its WordPress article?
No. Deletion removes the local, recoverable queue record only. It never deletes posts or media already stored on a destination website.
Why is Publish anyway sometimes available?
It appears only for an automatic article blocked because its selected local featured-image file became inaccessible. You can deliberately publish without that image while the other publication checks remain active.
