SitePublisher AI Pro · On-demand PDF generation · No separate reporting tool required
Reliable source data
Build reports from published results, not copied notes
Publication Reports uses the results already connected to a client gig. Because every entry comes from a successful Publish now action, the report reflects completed WordPress work instead of planned articles or unfinished drafts.
Final article titles
Use the title returned with the completed publication, keeping the report aligned with what readers see on the destination website.
Complete public URLs
Every reported result includes the full destination URL, giving the client a direct and verifiable route to the published article.
Current website rating
When Ahrefs Domain Rating is configured in the Website Profile, the current value is displayed beside the relevant publication result.
Assignment context
Client name, product count, optional description and the unique gig number explain exactly which commercial assignment the results belong to.
Visible progress
Review how many confirmed results are stored before creating the PDF and compare that number with the products defined for the gig.
Results across websites
One gig can collect completed publications from the destination websites you manage while preserving the correct title, URL and website context.

Create the final report in five controlled steps.
Prepare the client and gig once, then let confirmed publications build the results list. When the assignment is ready, the PDF is created directly from that reviewed record.
Configure your company profile
Add the company name and, when desired, a logo, address, short company description and brand color in Platform Settings.
Create the client and gig
Define who the work is for, how many backlink products belong to the assignment and any useful description for the final report.
Select the gig before publication
Open a ready article in the Article Workflow and explicitly choose the results gig that should receive the completed publication.
Review the collected results
Open the gig’s results list to check every stored title and URL before turning the assignment into a client-facing document.
Create and download the PDF
Generate the report on demand, review the downloaded file and share it through the communication channel you normally use with the client.
Drafts, failed publication attempts and articles published without a selected results gig are excluded. Only a confirmed public result is recorded.
Your identity, consistently applied
Make every report recognizably yours
SitePublisher AI combines the company profile with the selected client and gig. The result is a structured publication report that can be used for direct clients, agency accounts or work received through an external platform.
Apply your own brand details
The first page introduces the report with the identity configured in Platform Settings.
- Required company name
- Optional logo, address and description
- Optional hexadecimal brand color
Keep the handover easy to understand
The assignment information appears before the complete publication list.
- Client, product count and gig number
- Every published title and full URL
- Website rating plus page-numbered footer
Controlled document generation
Your report contains proof of publication—not private production data.
The PDF is generated locally inside WordPress when you request it. SitePublisher AI includes only the selected assignment details, public publication evidence and the company information you chose for the document.
Keep sensitive systems outside
- No OpenAI API key appears in the report
- No WordPress credentials are included
- Article bodies and prompts stay outside the PDF
Avoid accidental duplicates
- Results require a successful publication
- The same remote post or URL is updated
- Missing website ratings are shown as not set
Control every handover
- PDFs are created only on request
- Reports are not emailed automatically
- You review the file before sharing it
Ready for larger assignments
Keep the report readable as the result list grows
The PDF generator automatically divides longer publication lists into clearly numbered pages. Company identification and the gig number remain visible in the footer, helping every page stay connected to the right assignment.
Download a familiar format
Create a standard PDF that can be archived, attached to an email or uploaded to the client system you already use.
Support multi-page results
Large result lists continue across additional pages with a clear continuation heading and page numbering.
Use no separate report builder
The document is assembled from the gig record inside SitePublisher AI, reducing duplicate administration and copy-and-paste errors.
