SitePublisher AI Pro · Website-scoped records · No additional AI request for stored keywords
A growing content network
Make every new publication easier to connect
The database grows from confirmed publication results instead of disconnected spreadsheets. Each record keeps the destination website, article title, complete URL and up to three keywords together.
Automatic registration
After a successful publication, SitePublisher AI can add or update its URL and keywords in the central database automatically.
Three useful keyword choices
Each published URL can contribute Keyword A, B and C, giving you more than one natural phrase for future internal linking.
Separated by website
Search results and approved selections remain tied to one destination, preventing another domain’s URL from entering the plan.
Explore Multi-Site Management →Search the complete history
Find records by keyword, title or URL and filter by website or populated keyword column, with pagination for larger libraries.
Manual control remains available
Add or edit a record through a no-write preview when a title, URL or keyword needs deliberate adjustment.
Built for approved batches
Select zero to three relevant records for a Bulk Automation plan and review them before generation starts.
Explore Bulk Content Automation →A deliberate workflow
Automate placement without automating judgment.
The system prepares a reliable library and performs the technical linking. You decide which existing pages genuinely support the new article.
Publish an article successfully
The confirmed result supplies its website, WordPress post ID, title and public URL. Keywords are resolved from approved SEO data and the content without another AI request.
Maintain the website’s library
Review automatic records, search the complete database and preview any manual addition or edit before saving it.
Select relevant records for the batch
Choose the destination website first, then search and select a different keyword-and-URL record for each requested internal-link slot.
Approve the complete plan
The selected records appear in the Bulk Automation preview. Only explicit approval binds them to the queue jobs and starts generation.
SitePublisher AI never assumes that every stored page belongs in every article. Select only links that genuinely help readers understand the subject.
Database management
Keep the index useful without changing published content
The Link & Keyword Database is a private central index. Its maintenance actions affect local records only; connected websites and their published articles remain untouched.
Preview-first historical import
Scan eligible past publication results, review the exact import and approve it without modifying source queues, gigs or destination websites.
- Duplicates are resolved by post or canonical URL
- The source analysis remains read-only
- The import panel hides when no work remains
Automatic two-month retention
Local index records older than two calendar months are removed in bounded daily background batches.
- Published posts are never deleted
- Website connections remain unchanged
- New successful publications stay automatic
Approval-bound safeguards
The selected keyword cannot quietly become another link.
SitePublisher AI resolves every approved selection back to the current database record before publication. Stale, duplicate or cross-website values are rejected instead of trusted.
Destination scope is enforced
- Search begins with the selected website
- Every result must still belong to that website
- Cross-domain substitutions are blocked
Selections stay review-bound
- The preview stores stable record tokens
- Changed plans require a new preview
- Every slot needs a complete current record
Existing structure is protected
- Existing links are not nested or replaced
- Headings, code and scripts are excluded
- Conflicting keyword destinations are rejected
Deterministic placement
One natural link for every approved keyword
At publication time, SitePublisher AI looks for a whole-word match in the article body. Each approved keyword is linked at most once, and longer phrases are processed before overlapping shorter phrases.
No repetitive linking
The first eligible occurrence receives the link. Later uses of the same keyword remain ordinary text.
Long phrases come first
When phrases overlap, the longest keyword is processed first so a shorter phrase cannot consume its only useful occurrence.
Missing means untouched
If an approved keyword does not occur in eligible body text, no unnatural replacement is forced into the article.
Frequently asked questions
Internal linking, clearly explained
The automation handles storage, validation and placement while keeping editorial relevance under your control.
Is Internal Link Automation included in Free?
No. The central Link & Keyword Database, historical import and Bulk Automation link selection are Pro features.
Does SitePublisher AI choose the destination pages automatically?
No. It provides website-specific search results, but you select the relevant records before previewing and approving the batch.
How many internal links can one article receive?
A Bulk Automation plan can contain zero to three approved internal links per article. Every selected link must use a different keyword and a complete URL.
Will it alter headings or links that already exist?
No. Placement excludes headings, anchors, code, preformatted content, scripts and styles. An existing keyword link is retained only when it already points to the approved URL.
What happens when the keyword is not present?
No link is forced. The article content remains unchanged for that selection, and the publication result records whether the keyword was linked.
Why are local records retained for two months?
The rolling retention keeps a recent and manageable linking index. Cleanup removes only the local database record, never the published WordPress article or website connection.
