The right context, every time
Turn a website’s identity into reusable writing guidance
Each profile combines market, language and editorial preferences. SitePublisher AI can therefore begin with the correct context instead of asking you to rebuild the same instructions for every article.
Country or territory
Select the primary market from a self-contained catalog of 250 current countries and territories. No external lookup is required.
One or more languages
Choose from more than 200 official, de facto official and regionally official languages. Languages connected to the selected country appear first, and your first selection becomes the default.
Tone of voice
Set the preferred character of the writing, such as professional, informative, friendly, authoritative, technical or conversational.
Target audience
Tell the writing workflow who it is addressing: consumers, business decision-makers, entrepreneurs, beginners, experienced users or another approved audience.
Reading level
Match complexity and accessibility to the intended reader with levels ranging from basic CEFR A2 to expert CEFR C2.
Author and reference data
Set the default author identity and optionally record the website’s current Ahrefs Domain Rating as an internal reference, updated manually when needed.
Preview-first setup
Create a complete profile without changing the website itself
The profile is guidance for SitePublisher AI. It does not modify the destination website’s language setting, credentials or existing content. For the current site, the initial language follows WordPress Site Language and can still be overridden.
A complete preview is required first. If you change a field after previewing it, SitePublisher AI asks you to preview the updated profile again before saving.
Select a registered website
Free shows “This website.” Pro also lists connected remote websites, allowing each destination to keep a separate profile.
Review the starting values
The current website starts with its WordPress language and a Professional tone. Every available field can be adjusted for the actual market and brand.
Complete the required fields
Choose country, languages, tone, audience and reading level, then enter the author identity. Ahrefs DR remains optional.
Preview the profile
See the complete result, the number of changed fields and any missing information before a save becomes available.
Save the approved version
Only the exact profile that passed the complete preview is stored. It is then available throughout the relevant content workflows.
Free for one site, Pro for many
Use the same editorial discipline at every scale

- Legacy settings are never rewritten
Preview before save
- Required fields are checked
- Changed fields remain visible
- Modified input requires a new preview
Preferences stay intact

From profile to content
Spend less time repeating the same instructions
When a website is selected for content creation, its available languages and editorial preferences follow it into the workflow. Single Article Creation can start with the local profile, while Pro applies destination-specific context across connected websites and bulk automation. You can still adjust an individual brief when a particular article needs a different direction.
