We currently use one essential consent cookie and optional Matomo analytics. Analytics remain blocked unless you actively accept them.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They can remember choices, support essential website functions and, with permission, help a website owner understand how the website is used.
Similar technologies, including local storage and scripts, may perform related functions. In this policy, “cookies” includes these technologies where appropriate.
2. How your consent choice works
When you first visit sitepublisher.ai, the cookie banner offers two equal choices: Accept analytics or Reject analytics. Optional analytics scripts do not run before you accept.
Your choice is recorded by an essential first-party cookie so that the website can respect it on later visits. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from using the public website.
Our consent mechanism is designed to support the consent requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation and Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) for non-essential cookies.

The asterisk in a Matomo cookie name represents a site-specific identifier. These analytics cookies are optional and may be set only after you select Accept analytics.
We do not currently use advertising, cross-site behavioural targeting or social-media tracking cookies.
4. WordPress cookies for signed-in users
WordPress may set essential authentication, security and preference cookies when an authorised administrator or another registered user signs in. These cookies are required for account security and the administration of the website; they are not used for advertising.
Ordinary public visitors do not need a WordPress account to browse this website.
5. Manage or withdraw your choice
Cookie settings
You can reopen the consent banner and change your analytics choice at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.
You can also delete cookies through your browser settings. If you clear the essential consent cookie, the banner will ask for your choice again on a later visit.
6. Analytics provider and international processing
Optional website analytics are provided through WPMU DEV using Matomo technology. When analytics are accepted, limited device and usage information may be processed to produce aggregated website statistics.
Some service providers may process information outside Spain or the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers must use an appropriate legal mechanism such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
