General Terms and Conditions

These terms govern access to sitepublisher.ai and the use, purchase, subscription and lifetime licensing of SitePublisher AI software and related services.

Effective date

17 September 2026

Last updated

B2B
SitePublisher AI is supplied only for business and professional use.

By ordering Pro, you confirm that you are acting for purposes related to your trade, business, craft, profession or organisation—not as a consumer.

1. Provider and contact details

SitePublisher AI is provided by:

Fidelis Marketing Group SL
Calle Noruega ah 483
03599 Altea, Alicante, Spain
NIF/CIF: B13784806
VAT identification: ESB13784806
Email: clients@sitepublisher.ai

In these Terms, “SitePublisher AI”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the provider above. “Customer”, “you” and “your” refer to the business or professional accepting these Terms.

2. Business customers only

The website, software and paid plans are intended exclusively for companies, sole traders, agencies, publishers, professionals and other organisations acquiring them for business purposes.

A VAT number is not required to qualify as a business customer. We may ask for a business or trading name, business address, tax details where applicable, and confirmation of professional use. You must provide accurate order and billing information.

If mandatory consumer law applies despite the business-only restriction, nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be waived.

3. Products and services

SitePublisher AI is a WordPress plugin that assists with content creation, metadata, image generation and WordPress publishing. Available functions depend on the edition, current version, connected services and active license entitlement.

FreeDesigned for the WordPress website on which the Free edition is installed.
Annual ProAdds multi-site management, bulk automation, scheduling and other professional workflows.
Lifetime ProA limited one-time-purchase offer for one central installation during announced promotional periods.

Feature descriptions and system requirements published on the website at the time of purchase form part of the offer. Demonstrations, examples and future-roadmap statements are illustrative unless expressly included in the purchased plan.

4. Orders, prices and payment

An order becomes binding when payment is successfully completed and we issue an order confirmation or make the purchased software and license available, whichever occurs first.

The price, billing period, accepted payment method and any applicable taxes are shown before the order is placed. OpenAI API usage, WordPress hosting and other third-party costs are not included unless explicitly stated.

You authorise the payment provider identified at checkout to process the amount shown. We may reject or cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, sanctions restriction or unavailable service, in which case any amount collected for that order will be returned.

5. Annual subscriptions and Lifetime offers

Annual Pro subscription

An annual Pro subscription runs for the billing period stated at checkout, normally one year, and renews automatically for successive periods unless cancelled before the renewal date.

The renewal price and applicable taxes will be shown in the customer account or renewal notice. We may change future renewal prices by giving reasonable advance notice. A customer who does not accept a future price may cancel before renewal.

Cancellation stops the next renewal. It does not normally end the already-paid period or create a refund for the remaining time. Access to active-license benefits continues until the current period ends, unless the license is earlier suspended or refunded under these Terms.

Founders Lifetime Offer

During the announced Founders promotion, SitePublisher AI Pro is available for a one-time payment of €399 for one central WordPress installation. The Founders promotion is scheduled to remain available through 31 December 2026, unless it is withdrawn earlier before an order is placed. Existing valid purchases will remain governed by the offer accepted at checkout.

A Lifetime offer may also be made available during limited future campaigns, including Black Friday or Cyber Monday. Such future promotions are discretionary and are not guaranteed to occur every year or at the same price.

“Lifetime” means the commercial lifetime of the SitePublisher AI product while it is actively maintained and offered by the provider. It does not mean the lifetime of the customer or provider and does not guarantee perpetual development, compatibility with future third-party systems or operation after the product is permanently discontinued.

The Founders Lifetime license includes Pro functionality and product updates for the commercial lifetime of SitePublisher AI. Personal support is included for the first 12 months from purchase. After that period, documentation and generally available self-service resources remain available, and additional paid support may be offered separately.

A Lifetime license has no recurring renewal fee. It remains subject to these Terms, the Software License Agreement and valid license verification.

How to cancel an annual subscription

Cancellation will be available through the customer account when that function is active, or by emailing clients@sitepublisher.ai from the address associated with the order.

6. Software license and activation

Software is licensed, not sold. Detailed permitted and prohibited uses are set out in the separate Software License Agreement. If there is a conflict about use of the software, that agreement controls.

Unless the order states otherwise, one Pro subscription authorises one central SitePublisher AI installation. That central installation may connect and manage multiple destination WordPress websites; connected destination websites do not count as separate central license activations.

A Pro license may require initial and periodic validation. The license and customer account may not be resold, sublicensed, publicly shared or used to operate a competing hosted service.

When an annual entitlement expires, a Lifetime license reaches the end of the product’s commercial lifetime, or a license is validly revoked, Pro-only features, new activations, updates, support and connected license services may stop. Existing customer content and stored configuration will not be deliberately deleted solely because a license expires or is revoked.

7. Refunds and payment disputes

Because Pro is business software supplied digitally, we do not offer a change-of-mind refund after the plugin has been downloaded or the license has been activated.

We will consider and, where appropriate, issue a refund for a duplicate charge, failure to deliver the purchased access, or a material defect that prevents the software from substantially performing an expressly promised function and that we cannot resolve within a reasonable period after receiving sufficient diagnostic information.

A full refund terminates the related subscription and Pro license. New activations, updates, support and Pro processes may then be disabled. We do not remotely delete the plugin, customer content or website data.

Refunds do not cover OpenAI API charges, hosting fees or other amounts paid directly to third parties. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected. Full details appear in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

8. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • confirming that your hosting, WordPress and PHP environment meets the published requirements;
  • maintaining current backups and testing important changes on an appropriate staging environment;
  • keeping administrator credentials, WordPress Application Passwords, license keys and API keys secure;
  • having authority to access each connected website and process its content and data;
  • reviewing articles, images, links, metadata, schedules and publication settings before and after publication;
  • obtaining all rights and permissions required for prompts, source material, images and published content; and
  • complying with advertising, copyright, privacy, sector-specific and other laws applicable to your websites and activities.

You must not use SitePublisher AI to distribute unlawful, deceptive, infringing or malicious content, interfere with the service, bypass license controls or attempt unauthorised access to any system.

9. AI-generated content and human review

AI-generated text, metadata and images may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable, biased or similar to material generated for others. SitePublisher AI is a workflow tool and does not replace professional editorial, legal, medical, financial or technical judgment.

You decide whether content is used or published and remain responsible for checking facts, originality, permissions, disclosures, links and regulatory compliance. We do not guarantee search-engine rankings, traffic, revenue, publication acceptance or any particular commercial result.

10. Third-party services

SitePublisher AI can connect to WordPress websites and services supplied by third parties, including OpenAI. Those services are governed by their own terms, privacy practices, fees, limits and availability.

You use your own OpenAI API account and key. OpenAI charges are billed separately to you. We are not responsible for third-party price changes, outages, model behaviour, account restrictions, API limits or changes that are outside our reasonable control.

11. Availability, updates and support

We aim to maintain reliable software but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. WordPress, hosting environments, external APIs, security controls and other dependencies may affect functionality.

We may release security fixes, compatibility updates and feature changes. Customers should install supported updates promptly and retain backups. The applicable plan includes the update and support period described at checkout and in section 5. Personal support does not include custom development, website administration or third-party fees unless separately agreed.

Free support, update frequency and continued availability may be changed or discontinued at our discretion, subject to mandatory law.

12. Intellectual property and customer content

SitePublisher AI, its branding, documentation, interface and original software components remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law and are made available only under the relevant license terms.

You retain your rights in content you provide. As between you and us, you may use generated output produced for you to the extent permitted by applicable law and the terms of the relevant AI or content provider. No guarantee is made that generated output qualifies for exclusive intellectual-property protection.

You grant us only the limited rights necessary to provide support or a requested service, for example when you voluntarily supply diagnostic information or a sample. We do not acquire ownership of your websites or published content.

13. Warranties and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SitePublisher AI is provided on an “as available” basis without implied guarantees of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular commercial outcome, search ranking or compatibility with every third-party configuration.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or data, or for third-party API charges and publication decisions under the customer’s control.

Our aggregate liability arising from a paid subscription will not exceed the fees paid by the affected customer for SitePublisher AI during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence where applicable, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to license services for non-payment, a fraudulent chargeback, material breach, misuse, security risk or unlawful activity. Where reasonably possible, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy a remediable breach.

On termination or expiry, the right to use Pro-only functionality ends as described in the Software License Agreement. Pro entitlement and online license services may be disabled, but we will not intentionally erase customer content or configuration stored in the customer’s WordPress installation.

Terms that by their nature should continue—including payment obligations, intellectual-property provisions, liability limitations and governing law—survive termination.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by Spanish law.

The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute in good faith by contacting clients@sitepublisher.ai. If no solution is reached, the competent courts of Spain have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

16. Changes, notices and contact

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, security, technical or commercial changes. Material changes affecting an active paid subscription will be communicated with reasonable notice where practicable. Changes do not retroactively remove rights already accrued.

Notices may be provided through the website, customer account or the email address associated with an order. Keep your contact details current.

Questions about these Terms can be sent to clients@sitepublisher.ai.
